The World Health Organization recommends immunization vaccines in order to decrease the likelihood of contracting preventable diseases that can lead to incapacitation or death. Such dire consequences can be prevented with a proper vaccination program. During the third trimester of 2019, Bambi International Foundation donated $ 30.353,00 to Hogar Bambi Venezuela in order to buy vaccines for the 120 children that reside in the homes of the organization.

The goal of the donation was to cover the cost of the vaccination program recommended by the sanitation authorities in order to prevent pathologies among the children in the homes, who are more susceptible due to the lack of proper medical care and malnutrition prior to their arrival to Hogar Bambi.
